To open an account on d bajee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
d bajee may request identity verification documents at any time. A national identity card, passport, or any government-approved identity document may need to be submitted. d bajee reserves the right to put withdrawal requests on hold until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
It is entirely your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account, or placing bets on behalf of others from your own account, is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposits
Deposits on d bajee can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Use the correct reference number when making a deposit. d bajee is not responsible for deposits made with incorrect information.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account provided at the time of registration, which must be registered in your own name.
3.3 Transaction Cancellation
d bajee reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of the terms. In such cases, the associated balance may be held until an investigation is completed.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
d bajee offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000. A wagering requirement applies to receive this bonus — the bonus amount must be turned over 10 times in bets before a withdrawal can be made.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Before withdrawing, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.
4.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each person may receive a bonus offer only once.
- The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing any winnings made using a bonus.
- Transferring bonus funds to your own other account or to a third party is prohibited.
- If d bajee determines that a bonus is being misused, they reserve the right to cancel that bonus.
- Bonus offers have a set expiry period, and once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
4.3 VIP Cashback
d bajee's VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is provided on weekly net losses at each tier. The Gold tier offers up to 0.6% cashback; for example, a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would result in ৳120 cashback.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
d bajee reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. Bets placed at odds that were incorrectly set due to a technical error or incorrect information from a data provider will be considered void.
5.2 Match Results and Disputes
For sports betting, d bajee uses data from recognised data providers to determine match results. In the event of a dispute over a result, d bajee's decision shall be considered final. Any complaint regarding a result must be submitted within 72 hours of the bet being settled.
5.3 Live Betting
In live or in-play betting, there may be a slight delay in bet acceptance due to network latency. In such situations, d bajee attempts to confirm bets at the last accepted odds; however, bets placed after an event's result has been determined will be automatically cancelled.
5.4 Casino Games
d bajee's casino section offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game. If a software error occurs in a game, the result of that round may be cancelled and the stake returned.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d bajee platform:
- Claiming bonuses or promotional benefits through fraudulent means.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
